1. Do you deliver?

Delivery is available in the Cowlitz/Clark County area. Delivery to the Portland Metro area is available upon request.

2. How should I prepare my files to upload or send to you?

For best results, please follow our file preparation guidelines. You can upload your artwork via our FTP site by clicking on the Orders page.

File Format: We accept:

  • .pdf PDF (PDF/X-la preferred)
  • .indd Adobe Indesign CS4
  • .ai Adobe Illustrator CS4
  • .qxd QuarkXPress 7

File Size:

The maximum file size acceptable for upload via FTP is 100MB

Resolution:

Artwork should have a minimum of 300 dpi and maximum up to 800 dpi resolution

Bleed:

1/8 inch: If your artwork extends to the edge of the page, then the art should extend 1/8 inch beyond the edge of the page

Crop Marks:

Please include crop marks if the file includes bleeds or if the file page size differs from the printed size

3. What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time varies by the nature of the project. Most standard printing jobs can be turned within 7-10 business days. Please contact us for specific details.

4. What is your pricing?
